First Baptist Church of Maumelle seeks to fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations. We do this through partnerships with national and worldwide ministry partners as well as actively being involved in worldwide mission work as a local church.
FBCM has specific connections to missionaries and mission work that our church is actively involved in. Our members have been involved in mission works all around the world.
Southern Baptist Convention
FBCM is part of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). The SBC does not govern its churches, so while each church in the SBC is autonomous, we work together in unity through the global organization of partnership in the Southern Baptist Convention. SBC churches give through the Cooperative Program which helps fun many ministries in the U.S. and abroad. The SBC is the overseeing organization for the North American Mission Board (namb.net) and the International Mission Board (imb.org).
Hope Rising Children’s Home in Leogane, Haiti
